Remington Launch EdgeLiner film

As reported in the previous issue of this Newsletter; US Licensee, Remington recently introduced the new MICHELIN EdgeLiner to the market. The product is a custom-fit floor mat and liner program for light trucks and SUVs – Remington are also looking to develop this for other vehicles.

The custom liner category is not new in the market but the MICHELIN EdgeLiner brings an entire new level of premium quality and functionality to this growing segment.

Utilizing the latest laser technology, the MICHELIN EdgeLiner allow owners of popular trucks and SUVs to purchase a custom fit mat that precisely fits their vehicle. “Three out of four consumers told us that fit and size are the most significant factors they consider when purchasing a floor mat,” said Tim Parkes, CEO of Remington Industries. “These important preferences beat out price, ability to clean and style. MICHELIN EdgeLiner mats are injection moulded and feature precise laser fit measurements to ensure the best possible fit for each vehicle. A deep tray design and rugged, all-weather topography shields the vehicle interior from debris. MICHELIN EdgeLiner mats are made from a unique, engineering grade resin for superior durability, which also repels water so it is not slippery when wet. An anti-slip backing keeps the mats securely in place.
