MICHELIN Wiper Blades Ready For Seasonal Promotion
0As reported in the March issue of the MLL Newsletter, MICHELIN wiper blades were recently launched in the UK. With the winter season fast approaching in Europe, Custom Accessories Europe (CAE) will launch an advertising campaign to raise awareness of the product and encourage motorists to replace their wiper blades before the bad weather arrives.
The advertising activity will include:
- Print advertising in Auto Express magazine
- TV bursts on Sky News, Dave and Discovery Turbo channels in September and October including advertising during Top Gear and Mega Truckers.
There are two ranges of MICHELIN wiper blades in the UK the Stealth hybrid blades and the Rainforce conventional frame blades.
TV and print advertising aims to raise awareness and encourage motorists to replace their wipers before winter arrives
Stealth blades, with their hybrid technology, are designed to offer:
- superior, even contact with the windscreen
- reductions in snow/ice build-up in severe weather conditions due to the absence of blade end caps
- reductions in wind because of the flexible contoured shell
Rainforce blades are designed to provide easy installation and exceptional value.
Both are available via independent automotive accessory retailers, as well as garages and MOT centres. Discussions are underway to list them in larger national automotive chains and DIY centres.
