GUANGZHOU MICHELIN GUIDE LAUNCH
In the second year since the Michelin Guide set foot in Guangzhou, Michelin Lifestyle were invited to the launch event at the Shangri-La hotel in July.
It presented a good opportunity for MLL and its licensees to showcase products to VIPs, media, key opinion leaders and Michelin Guide followers, and the gifts and collectibles in particular were a big hit.
1 Michelin Guide follower posted her live stream video on weibo and wechat and got more than 1.76M views!
GOODWOOD FESTIVAL OF SPEED
The Goodwood Festival of Speed is an annual hill climb event in the UK, where fans can see F1 machines as well as cars and motorbikes from motor racing history climb the famous hill.
Founded in 1993 by the Duke of Richmond, the event attracts over 250,000 visitors from all over the world and is considered a highlight on the Motorsport calendar.
Its not only for motorsport fans either, there is lots to see and do for all of the family on the exhibition stands of car and bike manufacturers and of course Michelin who are sponsors of the event.
Michelin TPMS, tyre inflators, pressure gauges, Collectors Store and sports shoes with Michelin soles were amongst the products on display and for sale in the Michelin boutique, which was bigger and better than ever before.

CITROENS 100TH ANNIVERSARY
Thousands of people and cars alike flocked to the La Ferté Vidame in the Centre Val de Loire region of France this July to celebrate Citroens 100th anniversary.
Founded in 1919 by André-Gustave Citroen, the cars quickly gained popularity and established a reputation for innovative technology just like Michelin.
Car fanatics, amateur mechanics, families and people just in love with Citroen came to see the classics, the unusual and the vintage cars from all over the world.
There was also a car auction and a market selling unusual car parts and memorabilia, which is where the Michelin Collectors Store were able to showcase their range of collectible Michelin Man figurines and art prints.
