0E-commerce has undoubtedly rocketed over the past few years, and has become even more important during the last year due to the global pandemic we are currently facing.
Today, there are more than 800,000 stores online, around 69% of adults with internet access shop online at least once a month, with auto parts making up around 10% of all online sales.
56% of consumers say they would be more inclined to purchase from retailers who offer a personalised experience, which brings us the Michelin brand page on Amazon.
Amazon is considered one of the ‘Big Five’ companies in the U.S. information technology industry, and has been referred to as one of the most influential economic and cultural forces in the world, as well as being the world’s most valuable brand.
The Michelin Brand Store on amazon is a dedicated store front to highlight all MICHELIN branded products in one place – Including tyres, vehicle accessories, maps and guides and soles
- It creates a controlled and consistent shop window for all MICHELIN products and gives heightened visibility and traffic, reinforced purchase intentions and the opportunity to cross sell products
- It gives the opportunity for a wider range of licensed products to be affiliated with the MICHELIN brand and take advantage of a new audience who may not have known other MICHELIN products outside of tyres existed.
