What is your career history?
Before joining Michelin Lifestyle in 2014 I worked for 17 years in different Marketing & Sales functions. I was responsible for Michelin Breakdown Service and for Tyre Leasing Business in the truck product line. Then I worked in OE responsible for accounts such as MAN, Iveco, Scania, Volvo, Renault and DAF. After selling big tyres I started to sell faster tyres being Sales Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland in the 2 Wheel product line.
What does your role entail?
As European Regional Manager I am responsible for achieving the MLL business results in my zone and managing and developing MLL business in line with the agreed MLL global strategy. This is only possible by understanding the market environment in the zone and working closely together with our Licensees.
What are your key priorities moving into 2017?
Growth, Growth, Growth
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I have never worked before in such an international and multicultural environment. This job gives us a fantastic opportunity to learn more about other countries, people, mentalities and the way they are managing their business life.
What is the biggest challenge?
To find the right balance between business life and private life.
What do you like to do out of work?
Spend time with my family, ride my motorbike, running and playing my guitar.

What is your career history?
I was Trade Marketing Manager for Agricultural tyres in Germany, Switzerland and Austria for 8 years, responsible for distribution (implementing a partnership approach), sales (development of promotions and activities) and management (driving activities in a commercial team).
I was also the Training Manager, providing product marketing and technical support to the product line.
What does your current role entail?
Factory approval: Ensuring that factories manufacturing Michelin lifestyle products conform to the Michelin Group Manufacturing policy.
Product Development: Ensuring that all Michelin Lifestyle products uphold the values of the Michelin brand
Product and Licensee Strategy: Input to the global MLL Product Strategy. This means understanding and anticipating the markets and trends with regards to consumer needs, products and packaging and regulations and standards and proposing products that are suitable to carry the Michelin Brand with a focus on differentiation and commercial viability.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
The diversity of products.
What is the biggest challenge?
Improve my English because I didn’t speak it often in my past.
What do you like to do out of work?
Take care of my family, which includes 3 teenagers.
