Babolat announce new sponsorships
0French tennis brand Babolat have announced 2 new sponsorships for 2018. American Ryan Harrison and Italian Fabio Fognini will both wear the new Babolat Jet Mach 2 shoes with a Michelin sole.
Currently ranked 44 on the ATP World Tour, Harrison ended his 2017 season which saw him reach a career high singles ranking of 40, while winning the French Open Doubles title and the Memphis Open ATP Singles title. He also reached the final of the ATP Brisbane Interntional.
The 25 year old American is known for his aggressive game, all-court athleticism, and competitive drive.
Im always talking with the Babolat team about my game, my needs, and my equipment. After some intense practice sets with the JET MACH II shoe, I knew it was perfect for me. Its unlike any shoe Ive played in: its lightweight, yet incredibly supportive. Its like Im not even wearing a shoe. I feel quicker and more agile than ever, added Harrison.
ATP Top 20 player, Fognini said Ive been playing with Babolat equipment since 2001, almost my entire career, and have trusted the quality and reliability of their products. I feel the same way about this new shoe. The Jet Mach II is very responsive and light, with stability and support the combination I need for having confidence on the court.
The new Jet Mach 2 sole is designed with a new premium Michelin technology for better abrasion resistance and increased traction to stand up to the demands of these top professional players. It is super light, weighing only 300g, with a reinforced upper which ensures a uniform fit during lateral movements and a shock absorption system which better cushions the heel.
