Michelin Licensing reaches Top 50 in Global Licensors ranking
0License Global’s Top Global Licensors listing is an annual report which tracks the retail sales of licensed merchandise from the world’s leading brands across every segment of consumer products.
Starting with the Walt Disney Company at No1 with retail sales of $56.2 Billion and ending with Turnowsky at No 88 with retail sales of $45 Million.
Michelin Lifestyle climbed to No 46 with retail sales of $587M in 2021, 7 places ahead of closest rival Goodyear who reached No 53 with retail sales of $490 Million.
This is just one indicator Michelin Lifestyle use to measure their success in the brand licensing business. With 31 Million licensed products sold in 2021, across 129 countries and with 52 licensing contracts, it demonstrates that Michelin is so much more than tyres.
