MLL launch innovative E-drive system at Movin’On

The 2017 Movin’On event took place in Montreal in Canada, 13-15 June and hosted world renowned speakers and thought leaders, collaborative workshops and masterclasses, peer to peer networking and an innovation centre where the latest technologies were showcased and available to test.

MLL presented their latest innovation in collaboration with Mobivia, The MICHELIN E-Drive System. This kit is the lightest on the market, weighing only 3kg. It is easily fitted thanks to a ‘plug and play’ compact case, housing both the battery and motor, which neatly slots into the rear bike rack.

It is just as easily removed and portable due to its light weight nature. It is has been developed with Mobivia  to convert a classic bike into an E-bike with the turn of a pedal in 3 seconds, and then back to a classic bike with a back pedal.

Launched B2B at Movin’On, The MICHELIN E-Drive System will be available at retail from March 2018. Initially it will be exclusively fitted to Wayscral bikes but the future vision is that it will be available to retro-fit to any bike.
