The MLL consumer website is a ‘shop window’ for our licensees to present all products they sell under the MICHELIN brand license.

Licensees are responsible for updating the details to increase visibility of their products and help drive sales to their retailers through the retailer locator facility.

The look and feel has been recently updated to reflect a more modern and dynamic approach and we can confirm that the whole user experience has been optimised following a consumer research phase.

In footwear, brand landing pages have been created to give each brand more visibility and the opportunity to include their own brand messages, images and videos to enhance the way they are represented.

In vehicle accessories, product landing pages have been created to make products easier to find for consumers.

The site development is still work in progress and will continue to improve in the coming months, but we are already seeing an increase in visitors and the time they are spending on the site:
