Michelin extend their Technical Soles portfolio

During the OutDoor fair, Europes leading trade fair for the outdoor sector, attracting over 21,000 visitors from 92 countries, Michelin Lifestyles Technical soles partner, JV International presented the latest products and brands they have collaborated with in this segment.
Aku, Garmont and Millet are the new and latest brands to choose to use Michelin-branded technical soles on their high performance shoes.
Aku La Val, Pulsar and Montera are three new models designed for light trekking and hiking and aimed at three different kinds of users with very distinct needs.
They are all ultralight, versatile boots perfect for dynamic, intensive use and incorporate leading-edge technologies to support their high performance. They effortlessly adapt to different terrains and deliver progressive traction, superb stability and excellent self-cleaning: a must-have for the active outdoor enthusiast!
Garmont Mystic Surround is a technical and versatile hiking shoe with three major advantages:-
- Secure ground contact, thanks to the MICHELIN Cross Terrain sole, inspired by two different MICHELIN mountain bike tyres and designed to deliver traction on both hard and mixed terrains.
- Superb comfort, thanks to the anatomical design
- Waterproof but also breathable thanks to GORE-TEX® SURROUND®.
Millet Alpine Rush is a high performance trail running shoe designed for Ultra Trail endurance running over mountain terrain. It offers excellent traction, support and comfort and adapts brilliantly to changing terrain. Although it is exceptionally breathable thanks to its Matryx® fabric upper, its also impressively durable.
JV International and Michelin Lifestyle also continue their partnership with Salewa with the new Wander Hiker shoe for multi- track hiking, running and mountain biking.
This shoe uses a weight-saving hybrid design that combines the stability of a hiking boot with the shock absorbency of a running shoe. One of its major innovations is a soft sole that perfectly adapts to the midsole, allowing it to perform on varied terrain.
