2014 Events Round-Up

MLL has participated in a number of events throughout 2014. The most recent event was the AAPEX show in Las Vegas, USA, from 4th to 6th November. MLL were present on several of its licensees’ booths:

• Koolatron exhibited MICHELIN Snow Brushes/Ice Scrapers, Car Wash Accessories and the Winter Storm Kits
• Measurement Limited displayed the range of MICHELIN Tyre Pressure Gauges
• Pylon exhibited the MICHELIN Wiper Blades
• Remington Industries displayed MICHELIN Floor Mats, Inflators and Multi-tools
• Heat and Clean exhibited MICHELIN winter products, including snow chains
• Torin Jacks presented the range of MICHELIN trolley jacks and jack stands
• SBI exhibited the MICHELIN emergency kits
• Distribuidora presented the MICHELIN car covers and seat covers

The Michelin Man was also present at the AAPEX show to give out leaflets directing people to the different licensee booths.

Other events in 2014 which MLL had a presence:

• MLL and eight of its licensees worked together to deliver a MICHELIN booth at the Automechanika show; held in Frankfurt, Germany, from 16th to 20th September. Automechanika is the largest auto accessories and parts show in Europe. All licensees found the event to be very successful and a worthwhile opportunity to exhibit the wider range of MICHELIN products on a collective booth. The event was also useful for licensees to meet new customers and share opportunities.
• MICHELIN wiper blades, Easy Grip composite snow chain and Babolat tennis with Michelin technology were exhibited on the Michelin booth at the Paris Motorshow, along with the new range of MICHELIN soles.
• Mexican licensee, Comercer, presented new ranges of their shoes at the SAPICA show in August and November.
